Frank has exceeded my expectations in computer repair and service. I was facing an urgent situation. My computer system would just power off for no apparent reason as if someone had pulled the plug. It was a Sunday and I had a deadline. I called Frank and we met at his office in Gloucester. The failure was a thermal lockdown due to temperature overload. Frank replaced a fan and I was back in business. Then I mentioned that I needed a set of speakers for about a week and was willing to rent a pair, if he had any available. No problem and no charge. He loaned a pair to me for the duration of my project. Frank is my go-to professional for computer issues.

Frank Bernardini has been fixing my PC for over 20 years. During that time he has custom built me three top-of-the-line computers, with exactly the configuration I needed at a significant savings. Anytime I have a computer problem I call Frank and he either tells me how to fix it over the phone, or comes to my home-office and fixes it on the spot. I recently bought a Mac and couldn’t believe my luck when I learned that Frank was partnering with Thad Bernard, the best Mac repair guy on Cape Ann. Frank and Thad are both very experienced, reliable, and responsive. I always recommend them to my friends.
